I've been searching for a good protein supplement for a long time. Being a vegetarian and gym goer, i find it hard to get a product that has almost
zero sugar and a very effective supplement. I like Refined because it's by far the only product that doesn't give me pimpels and I've tried many.
Others are too heaty that I get all these ugly zits all over my body, especially the face! It also doesn't give the bloatedness other product does
after drinking. I love the fact that it's almost flavorless, I don't want to take artificial flavors or colourings into my body. It's bad for the
kidneys. rnrnWhile it had no flavor, it doesn't taste bad. I find the flavored ones taste worst actually, it's either too sweet or taste like
medicine. I've already gained considerably amount of lean muscle with Refined when i finish about half the tub, where as other product just make me
blow up like a balloon, I gain bulk with others but it plump up my face and I ended up looking fat. rnrnRefined is light on the system, gives strong
lean muscle, and still retain the jaw line. I also always get constipated with other products but so far, I don't have any problem with Refined even
when I take it 3 times a day. I'll definitely recommend this to anyone that's looking for no frills good protein that's healthy.

I must first thank Allan for introducing me this new protein product, and for the excellent service and prompt delivery. It is indeed a unique
protein, being pure, and you can actually come to appreciate the refined purity it offers. It is light on the stomach and easily digested. Moreover,
it contains a lot of glutamine which is definitely crucial to be considered a high-end protein supplement.

The only whey protein I've found in Singapore that's free from artificial flavoring and sweetening. If you want an all-natural whey protein
supplement, this is it. And, the best thing is, it actually tastes quite good on its own. It mixes easily in liquids. I'm very satisfied with this
product and I'm sticking to it for as long as it is available.

Thank you for delivering the items Allan. You are a legend. Regarding this product...get it. I haven't trained in years and this week I went crazy,
trained all out, felt sore all over for the first night and next day...surprisingly...no more soreness or pain. I've been going to the gym everyday
this week and so far so good. Amazing. Wow, talking about the recovery. I highly recommend this product.
