Stacked with VolumX and IntraXCell; it's always hard to feel the real pump until you stop and see the difference which I haven't done yet. rnBut I

My first bottle of Xtend was Lemonade flavor. I really did not like the taste of it very much. But I continued to take it because of the amazing
results. I noticed that I felt more energetic during my training and recovered faster. It usually took me about 4 days to recover from my leg day. But
when I took Xtend, I started feeling ready for another leg training by the second day. rnrnIt's such an effective supplement that I would still take
it even if it came only in lemonade flavor, which in my opinion isn't very nice. But the watermelon flavor is nicer. It isn't too sweet and tastes
like some soft drink.rnrnI think this is a product that all bodybuilders/weight lifters should take. It speeds your recovery up a lot and makes you
feel less tired during training. rnrnThere are definetly more good things I could say but you should try it for yourself to see the effects.

Bought xtend grape flavor few weeks back. Overall it's quite a quality and economic recovery product but i just felt that it is abit too sweet. Might
want to add more water than what is recommended. Just by the smell alone will makes your saliva drips as it smells just like the real grape fruit. I
prefer to take 2 scoops of this after my cardios or gym together with my dinner. It replenishes the energy i have loss and even reduces the soreness
after a run within 20mins of intake. Try it and you will believe it!
