Jordan Seo

Jordan started training at the tender age of 16, and competed in his first bodybuilding contest : Muscle war 1997 (Below 75kg Cat) at 19. He did not placed.

Despite his unsuccessful attempt, he did not give up the passion for the sports. He continued to seriously look at his flaws and fine tune his training and dieting philosophies to attain an improved physique. He later discovered Nutri-Forefront, a local online supplement store which carries quality nutritional supplements to meet his bodybuilding requirements and standards.

Finally in 2004, he decided to give it a try after a long period of lay off from the competitive scene. He came in as the Champion in the NUS Fitness & Muscle War 2004 (Open Cat).

Maintaining and keeping abreast of the developments in the fitness industry, Jordan is the epitome of fitness. His vision is to be able to publish a training journals to motivate local Singaporeans to achieve their desired shapely body.
